I am super excited to post about this beautiful Paddington Terrace, designed by Sydney based architects C+M Studio.
Furnished entirely by Living Edge - the terrace was open to the public for a number of days in a brilliant showcase of the architecture and the perfectly selected furniture and accessories. ( For a full list of the pieces - check out the collection here).
On a smaller footprint than I ever imagined, this inner city terrace splits the living spaces over 3 levels with a central staircase connecting the spaces. Minimalist details and simple, timeless finishes such as oak, marble and matte white make for an architectural and modern edge.
Despite its size, the house feels airy and breezy due to the large openable doors in the bedrooms, balconies, the 3rd level roof terrace room and the indoor/outdoor kitchen linking in the entry and courtyard.
The front entry has been closed off to maximise the front room - current living room - and the entry into the courtyard from the side lane is a simple, minimalist hint of whats to come.
